Her journey in real estate began in 1993 after earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. From appraising properties to negotiating leases and managing land use projects, Karen's diverse background provides her clients with a comprehensive understanding of the market.

Her love for community is reflected in her volunteer work with CASA of El Dorado County, 100 Women Who Care, and theNational Charity Leaguealongside her two daughters.
